Ex Post Facto VOY Season 1, Episode 7

Star Trek: Voyager Season 1 Episode 7 "Ex Post Facto" explained. Join me as I review and recap yet another wrongfully accused episode where a main cast member is accused of a murder we know for a fact they didn't commit. It does introduce an interesting concept where the convicted is forced to relive the final moments of their vitcims life, but it's used incorrectly where episode tries too hard to make it a film Noir episode that comes off as silly and hooky, where a planet in the Delta Quadrant comes off as 1940's America featuring cigarette smoking and DOGS, and the characters are taken directly from a 1940's film with horrible dialog and terrible acting.
