Star Trek: Voyager Season 1 Episode 13 "Faces" explained. Join me as I review and recap the episode where Tuvok behaves like gym teacher to a group of misfit Marquis and makes them run laps around the ship. Look, I like the idea of the show exploring the pains of integrating the Marquis into the Starfleet crew, but this should have been done at the start of the season not the end of it. And this is the total wrong way to do it, as it doesn't make sense that the way to try to get these untrained Marquis to feel like part of the crew and to get them familar with Starfleet regulations is for Tuvok to treat them like trash and make them run laps around the ship.
