Star Trek: Voyager Season 2 Episode 11 "Maneuvers" explained. Join me as I review and recap the episode where Seska returns and manages to out maneuver Voyager at every turn to try to get Starfleet technology for the Kazon. But Chakotay defies orders and nearly sacrificing himself to stop her. Not an amazing episode but does reinforce how much better the villains were in earlier seasons as Seska was easily the best villian of the show.
