Random Thoughts VOY Season 4 Episode 10

Star Trek: Voyager Season 4 Episode 10 "Random Thoughts" explained. Join me as I review and recap this mediocre episode where the crew encounters a race of telepaths that have somehow apparently conquered violence, and live in peace, but it turns out there's a black market for violent thoughts, and they use and frame B'Elanna for their nefarious purposes. This episode is okay, the premise is a bit hard to swallow and they retcon how Vulcan telepathy works. But it's somewhat interesting, with Tuvok uncovering an underground crime organization.
