The Ascent DS9 Season 5, Episode 9

Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Season 5 Episode 9 "The Ascent" explained. Join me as I review and recap the episode where we experience the whole shuttle craft crash cliché for the umpteenth time, but this time it features Quark and Odo sniping at each other for 40 minutes of screen time. Don't get me wrong, I love the Quark and Odo dynamic, but I often compare to really rich dark chocolate: great in small doses but too much it's kind of gross. And we also get introduced to a Brand New Character in this episode, they refer to him as Nog and he's also played by a Aaron Eisenberg but since it's a new character I call him Bog to distinguish from the other totally different character.
