Enchantment of Eternity’s Star Trek Episode Reviews
Welcome to Enchantment of Eternity. I’m Marc, and I’m on a mission to analyze every episode of the Star Trek Franchise. I started with The Original Series, and then moved on to The Next Generation, and now I’m covering Deep Space Nine and Voyager in order of airdate. It’s my mission statement to always give my honest opinion on each and every episode regardless of what the popular opinion is, so sometimes I have some hot takes. I prefer character based stories. I try to analyze the writing, acting, cinematography, and music of each episode, with emphasis on the writing. I explore themes and commentaries on the episode and give my opinion on whether or not it works, as well as explore some behind the scenes tidbits and trivia, and share my personal experience with the episode. Join me as I review and recap an interesting, somewhat underrated Q episode. It's an interesting concept to have an episode centered on a guest character, and the actor was clearly up to the task. That being said Q needs to learn to respect personal space (for real).

Join me as I review and recap this very creepy yet still mediocre episode that tries to be like "The X-Files" (before it even existed) with an alien abduction story. And there's a goofy, silly B plot which is very jarring in terms of tone and does not at all fit into the episode.

Join me as I review and recap this Two part cliff hanger that started out very engaging but then dropped the ball hard in part 2. It began as an eerie and creepy episode where they found Data's head meaning they knew he was going to die, and there were shape shifting aliens traveling in Earth's past and sucking the life force out of people, very horror-esque stuff. But then part two turns into a near cartoon with an over the top caricature of Mark Twain, and an annoying inn keeper who pronounces Picard's name wrong, and is there... for some reason *shrug*.
