Enchantment of Eternity’s Star Trek Episode Reviews

Welcome to Enchantment of Eternity. I’m Marc, and I’m on a mission to analyze every episode of the Star Trek Franchise. I started with The Original Series, and then moved on to The Next Generation, and now I’m covering Deep Space Nine and Voyager in order of airdate. It’s my mission statement to always give my honest opinion on each and every episode regardless of what the popular opinion is, so sometimes I have some hot takes. I prefer character based stories. I try to analyze the writing, acting, cinematography, and music of each episode, with emphasis on the writing. I explore themes and commentaries on the episode and give my opinion on whether or not it works, as well as explore some behind the scenes tidbits and trivia, and share my personal experience with the episode. We also hear from my patreon supporters and what they think of the episode. So check me out and give it a listen.

Join me as I cover yet another falsely accused trial episode, although this one might be a favorite one of those, as it does something unique with the cliche as we see the same events from 3 different perspectives and found that the truth lies some where in between which I actually found really interesting.

Join me as I cover one of the best and funniest Q episodes, that has some great humor moments as the writers finally realized how to write for Q correctly. And more over has some great character moments for Q and for Data.

Join me as I cover the episode that tackles terrorism but in a particularly poignant or ground breaking way, but it is a good character story for Doctor Crusher and features some of the best acting that Gates McFadden did on the show.

Join me as I cover the episode that deals with the mistreatment of vetrans and is a good character story for Troi and Data. It does feature a guest character who is unrealistically bad ass that makes the crew look incompetant, but still a great episode

Join me and Alyssa as we breakdown and discuss number 15 on my Top 25 episodes of the entire Star Trek franchise list: the 7th Season Deep Space Nine episode "Tacking Into the Wind", Damar learns a hard lesson, Kira must trust Odo, and Worf comes to terms with the fact that the Klingon Empire is corrupt. An amazing episode of DS9 that represents the larger arc that closes out the series.

While Riker falls for the Chief of the leader of planet by asking her to cook in her time off, just what every chief loves to do.

Join Me as I cover the episode where Geordi makes a holographic deep fake of an actual scientist and makes out with her while the ship is in danger and Picard is selfish and nearly gets everyone killed because he insists on flying the ship himself when there are dozens of other pilots more qualified than him.
